Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in a dynamic industrial environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role is essential to fostering a positive workplace culture and driving HR operational excellence.

This is a full-time, on-site position working 6 days a week (Saturday to Thursday) from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
  • Prepare, organize, and update HR files and personal/employment data.
  • Monitor attendance, leave balances, and maintain updated employee databases.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize onboarding sessions and coordinate training programs for new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to track employee performance and address work-related concerns.
  • Support and promote a healthy and positive work environment aligned with company culture.
  • Handle coordination with external government bodies (e.g., Labor Office, Social Insurance Authority).
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data and documentation.
  • Prepare periodic reports related to employee movement and HR operational matters.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities and job levels.
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Capable of handling pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
