Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Define the overall objectives for various projects and clarify the final goals and expected outputs for each project.

Establish timelines for all projects, dividing them into specific phases with clear schedules for each stage.

Identify the human and material resources required for each project and allocate them appropriately to ensure efficient execution of each part.

Define key milestones to measure project progress, such as deadlines for completing clear essential tasks.

Prepare a detailed budget, including all expected costs for each project, such as labor, materials, equipment, and administrative costs.

Monitor spending by tracking actual costs against the budget to ensure that allocated spending is not exceeded for each project.

Adapt to changes and make necessary budget adjustments if the scope of a project changes or unexpected costs arise.

Participate in selecting and forming high-performing teams capable of successfully executing the projects.

Distribute tasks and responsibilities to team members according to their skills and experience.

Provide direction, motivation, and team development by offering necessary guidance and problem-solving to maintain productivity.

Regularly monitor team performance to ensure pre-set goals are achieved.

Measure project progress using appropriate analytical tools to assess work advancement relative to schedules and plans.

Identify deviations and address any delays or issues affecting the timeline or cost promptly and appropriately.

Study factors that may impact projects, such as delays or market changes, and escalate them to senior management if necessary.

Develop alternative plans and multiple scenarios to handle potential risks and minimize their impact in case they occur.

Continuously monitor risks to ensure they do not turn into actual problems.

Maintain ongoing communication with senior management, clients, and suppliers to ensure all parties are aligned with the project vision.

Provide regular reports and hold meetings with senior management and stakeholders to ensure transparency and keep everyone informed about progress.

Understand the needs and expectations of stakeholders and clarify what can and cannot be achieved within the available resources and capabilities.

Define the specifications and standards that project outputs must adhere to, conducting regular tests to ensure work quality.

Prepare periodic reports outlining the progress at each project phase, including financial reports.

Review all aspects of the projects and assess what has been accomplished, ensuring that all goals have been achieved.

Prepare a final report to document the outcomes and present it to management or the client, including a summary of team performance, budget, and timelines.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering), with a preference for a Master's degree in Project Management.

Recognized certifications in project management such as PMP (Project Management Professional).

5-10 years of experience in watertreatment field in  managing and executing projects on time and within the allocated budget.

Proficiency in project management software tools like Microsoft Project or Jira to facilitate task and schedule tracking.

Strong understanding of budgeting techniques and financial analysis.

Ability to prepare and analyze accurate reports.

A solid understanding of market and industry factors that affect projects.

High-level planning and organizational skills with the ability to develop comprehensive project plans, dividing them into clear tasks and stages with set goals and timelines.

Strong prioritization and time management skills to ensure project delivery on time.

Clear and effective communication skills with teams, clients, and senior management to keep everyone informed about project progress.

Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams, achieving alignment among team members to meet shared goals.

Problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and implement suitable solutions to keep work flowing smoothly without obstacles.

Risk anticipation skills and the ability to create alternative plans to mitigate their impact on the project in case they occur.

Expertise in preparing and monitoring budgets, with the ability to adapt to changing costs and ensure that the pre-set budget is not exceeded.

Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and clients to secure the best possible terms and ensure adherence to budget and timelines.

Ability to prepare accurate project progress reports, analyze financial and organizational data, and provide recommendations based on facts.

Adaptability to changes in project scope or market demands, with the flexibility to manage evolving requirements efficiently.

Ability to see the bigger picture and guide the project in alignment with the company’s goals and vision.
