Coordinating with clients, vendors, and external partners to secure project requirements
Preparing accurate interim reports for senior management highlighting progress rates, risks, and critical decisions
Ensuring project compliance with quality standards, risk plans, and governance requirements
Contributing to the development of business models and institutional procedures for project management
Supporting efforts to integrate departments and operational teams within the company for consistent and coherent execution
Proposing tools and developmental methods to improve project efficiency and effectiveness

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (PMP certification preferred)
At least 5 years of practical experience managing multidisciplinary projects, including at least 2 years in a technical or consulting environment
Background in one of the following fields: business administration, technology, marketing, or media
Solid familiarity with project management systems, preferably with experience in Odoo
High communication and organizational skills
Ability to think systematically and work under pressure
Advanced knowledge in project management tools and digital reporting
Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to make flexible, data-driven decisions
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
