Job Description


The Omnichannel Engagement Lead belongs to the Center of Excellence Digital team to ensure we provide a meaningful experience to our customers with the right content, through the right channel at the right time.  

The Omnichannel Engagement Lead works to empower CVTs with digital solutions to build omnichannel plans augmenting face to face interaction and ensures proper execution for digital activities and localize EMEA digital engagement strategies with healthcare professionals leading implementation within the focused therapy area to be aligned with business needs and priorities


  • As an Integrator - translating the Brand Value Plan (BVP) and Brand Strategy into innovative omnichannel tactics which will improve HCP experience.
  • As a Connector - working with the CVT to improve value of the Janssen portfolio of digital solutions and their core strategic functionalities and connecting relevant solutions.
  • As a Shaper - lead on the delivery of new digital solutions which will help foster the innovative approach of agility, omnichannel and customer centricity within the CVTs in the Middle East and North Africa region. 

Job Requirements

  • A full-time position (IRDP) is available to participants who are completing their full-time MBA degree by 2020 or 2021 or in the last 12 months from an accredited university or college in business and/or marketing.
  • Must be an Egypt National
  • The language fluency for the country or countries of interest are required and Participants with permanent work authorization of Egypt or Egyptian Nationals
  • Experience: 3+ years of digital marketing experience including digital engagement and omnichannel planning preferred in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Awareness of and adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo values, J&J Leadership imperatives.
  • Ability to learn with Excellent oral and written communications in English and Arabic
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Strong project management and eye for business
