- Work closely with managers and staff to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Work to maximize employee engagement by leading employee’s welfare programs, ensuring constructive dialogue is maintained between different layers, proactively handle employees’ relations issues, etc.
- Lead the job analysis function and continuous update for the job description for different roles.
- Work with line managers to clearly define the job specifications including the responsibilities, requirements, evaluation parameters, etc.
- Follow up the on-boarding process for the newly hired employees to assure smooth inclusion into the workplace in alignment with line managers and training department.
- Train employees on performance appraisal tools and follow up for timely completion.
- Provides performance management guidance to line management.
- Identifies employee needs regarding performance problems, training options, and career development and makes recommendations accordingly.
- Implement hiring plan against agreed workforce/manpower plan.
- Participate in talent assessment, analysis / development of talent management systems, succession planning and processes.
- Drafting of policies, procedures, and employees’ handbook to support the company’s objectives.
- Advise employees regarding human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the internal communication process.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Developing/updating the company’s database, procedure manual and various HR forms.
- Prepare several HR reports when requested.
- Undertake specific business projects when needed.
