Job Description
- Conduct Studies for market requirement for logistics, storage, and bonded warehouse.
- Conduct Studies for commercial and trade business.
- Marketing for Logistics land to public and private bonded warehouse and logistic land demander.
- Business channel expanding with governments and associations.
- Arrange meetings with government authorities and Sokhna Port for our potential customers
- Prepare the required documents of getting initial approvals of projects and submit it to SCZONE.
- Customer relationship maintenance and make a good relationship.
- Responsible for initial approval, the registration and all project approvals in addition to the Land AR.
- Prepare Land Selling Contracts, MOU, Letters, Decision committee, etc.
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills
- Proficiency with content management systems.
- Experience in planning and leading initiatives.
- Excellent communications and negotiations skills.
- Very Good Command of English Language.
