Job Description
-Coordinating with the commercial sector to develop an estimated annual sales plan in terms of the required products, their quantities, technical specifications and delivery times
-Coordinating with the warehouse department to ensure the availability of raw materials and supplies and all production elements and inputs necessary to meet the operations sector
-Coordinating with the Purchasing Department to develop an annual procurement plan according to the available stock levels of production and sales needs and requirements.
-Determine the three inventory levels (upper limit, reorder point, and minimum) (Inventory management).
- Coordinating with the operations sector to plan and schedule production and prepare product manufacturing schedules. (whether finished or semi-finished) by making job orders
-Coordinating with the Operations Sector to expedite operations that delay schedules and appointments to address unexpected circumstances.
-Planning and scheduling the workflow for each department for the previously defined manufacturing sequence and time periods (production plan).
-Planning assembly, installation and other manufacturing operations to guide production workers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Commerce - an appropriate higher qualification
- A specialized certificate in planning or management (an additional advantage)
- Experience in the field of planning and follow-up, preferably within the industrial environment, not less than 10 years
- Experience working on ERP programs
- Dealing with the Microsoft Office software package (Excel, word, Power point, .....)
- Proficiency in the English language
- The ability to analyze data and numbers
- Communication, coordination and team working skills
- Leading the working team assistant
- Presentation skills
- Cairo orEl-Sharqia are preferred
- Owning a car is preferred
