Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets and foster a positive and high-performance work environment.

Proven experience in FMCG field (Food & Beverages) as a Modern Trade Sales Manager/ Supervisor.
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Odoo Erp is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and leadership ability
Problem-solving aptitude
BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field
