Job Description

  • The Operations Executive works closely with the Plaza staff in maximizing the customers experience and tenant sales by working to ensure a clean, well maintained, safe, and friendly and aesthetically pleasing environment.
  • The Operations Executive will assist Operations Manager to oversee all operational functions, projects, construction, and contracted services at the commercial buildings among other things.
  1. Monitors cleaning services provided through contracts that requirement.
  2. Manages preventive and predictive maintenance, repair, and construction work to sustain safe and reliable operation.
  3. Works with maintenance staff members to ensure proper Preventative Maintenance.
  4. Assist in coordinating and conducting inspections with service providers on daily routine work.
  5. Maintains a safe environment and identifies and eliminates safety hazards to Plaza staff, tenants, and customers.
  6. Assist in ensuring the building services and common facilities are kept in excellent condition.
  7. Works with security to plan and oversee a fire safety plan.
  8. Supports preparation for emergency.
  9. Resolve tenant lease and non-lease concerns related to facility operations.
  10. Establish strong relationships with our deferent department.
  11. Maintain good relationships with tenants through frequent interaction.
  12. Fulfill Manager-on-Duty rotation and manage day to day activities as necessary.
  13. Manage goods in/out through Arkan Tenant App.
  14. Support Marketing team on special events.
  15. Daily checks on Security and HK deployment.
  16. Daily checks on Toilets cleaning and consumption. 
  17. Review daily security and HK Attendance and report any shortage. 
  18. Enhance Customer experience   

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any field relevant to the job role. 
  • Shopping Malls, Operations previous experience background is a must. 
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills. 
  •  should have strong communication skills.
  • Giza residents are preferable.
