Job Description
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Meet the business objectives and achieve the department overall targets.
- Developing, managing, and operating an effective and efficient mechanism for fulfilling all main responsibilities of the business development cycle.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Manage the process of studying market needs, market surveys, and the competitors strategically and various incentive models offered by competing companies.
- Developing, managing, and implementing all growth strategies and marketing strategies, along with action plans for business development activities.
- Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities through visiting clients, networking, and social media.
- Developing ways to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
- Following up on client leads, and identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Business Development preferably in education field.
- Knowledge Marketing, Business Developing, or Branding
- Ability to communicate in English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong presentation & report writing skills.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong Customer Relationship Management.
