Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Digital Marketer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts across social media, website content, and online advertising channels. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO principles, content strategy, and data-driven decision-making to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions.

1. Content Creation & SEO

  • Develop and publish engaging, high-quality content across website and social media platforms aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers to create multimedia content (articles, videos, carousels).
  • Conduct keyword research and integrate findings into content strategy to drive organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.

 

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the brand's presence across key social media channels (Facebook, Instagram & YouTube).
  • Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

 

3. Digital Advertising

  • Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Set and manage budgets to ensure high ROI and campaign performance.
  • A/B test creatives and copy to improve performance metrics.

 

4. Traffic & Performance Analysis

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to analyze web and campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media or a equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Media production.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and ad platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for staying up to date with digital trends.
