Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives that communicate Menthum’s mission of “Wealth Building, Simplified.” You will work across multiple marketing functions — including content creation, campaign coordination, social media management, and performance tracking — to help grow the brand and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Write and edit content for social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Coordinate with the design team to deliver engaging creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
Schedule and publish content across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and reviews.
Conduct basic market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitor activity.
Track campaign metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion) and assist in preparing performance reports.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align messaging and goals.
Support partnerships and influencer marketing initiatives.
Help maintain documentation, calendars, and team workflows.
