Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives that communicate Menthum’s mission of “Wealth Building, Simplified.” You will work across multiple marketing functions — including content creation, campaign coordination, social media management, and performance tracking — to help grow the brand and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Write and edit content for social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with the design team to deliver engaging creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and reviews.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitor activity.
- Track campaign metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion) and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align messaging and goals.
- Support partnerships and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Help maintain documentation, calendars, and team workflows.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially social media and content marketing.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work collaboratively.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Copywriting for social and email campaigns.
- Exposure to paid social media advertising (Meta/TikTok).
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Canva or Figma experience for light creative work.
