Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms including social media, search engines, and display networks.
- Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to inform media buying strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate and purchase advertising inventory to achieve the best possible rates and placements.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
- Manage and allocate media budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet client goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Test and implement new media buying techniques and technologies to enhance campaign performance.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders on campaign progress and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in media buying, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic networks.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field is preferred.
