Job Description
- Develop & manage an assigned product line from conceptual stages through the life cycle to optimize profit and marketing, financial and pre-set strategies/ objectives.
- Coordinate in development of trade promotions in collaborations with sales management.
- Participate in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, and analysis of market research.
- Seek & enhance product improvements to meet market needs.
- Supply agreed to roll sales forecast to importation and finance.
- Ensure to elaborate monthly sales forecasting in collaboration with the sales department.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper implementation of the product strategies /objectives.
- Plan & execute marketing activities in the manner of Brand guidelines.
- Fully aligned with the principle/brand owner of the business frame.
- Analyzes brand positioning and consumer insights, as well as trying to predict future trends.
- Translates brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Manages a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
- Leads creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
- Establishes performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
- Measures and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Monitors market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
- Oversees new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Monitors product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Devises innovative growth strategies.
- Aligns the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
Job Requirements
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 7-10 Years
- Background: FMCG background (Food / Beverages) is a Must.
- Effective Communication, Leadership, Planning & Time Management Skills.
- Analytical thinking Creativity.

- Professional presentation & negotiation skills.
