About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Cosmetic Group Brand Manager to oversee the growth and success of a portfolio of cosmetic brands within our company. In this leadership role, you will develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and drive innovation across multiple cosmetic lines. You will be instrumental in achieving ambitious sales targets, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring our brands remain competitive in the dynamic beauty market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement overarching brand strategies for a portfolio of cosmetic brands, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks across the cosmetic landscape.
  • Lead the development and launch of new cosmetic products for various brands within the portfolio.
  • Oversee product positioning, pricing, and messaging for each brand, ensuring brand consistency and differentiation.
  • Manage brand budgets and resources effectively, optimizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, digital advertising, public relations) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance for each brand, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development, creative) to ensure seamless brand execution across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and motivate a team of brand managers or brand specialists (if applicable).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, industry regulations, and consumer preferences.
  • Identify and leverage influencer marketing opportunities to expand brand reach and engagement (if applicable).

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • experience in brand management, with a focus on the cosmetics industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies for multiple product lines.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research methodologies, and brand positioning principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Passion for the beauty industry, with a deep understanding of current trends and innovations.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, social media analytics).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
