Location: Remote (Based in Egypt), with occasional travel to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead and integrate comprehensive business development and marketing strategies across one or more of our various ventures. This pivotal role involves strategic marketing, brand positioning, product development, and digital marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth across our business units.
  • Lead market research efforts to understand trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Manage product development processes, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  • Engage digital marketing agencies to design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize market penetration and ROI.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and operational efficiency.
  • Travel to Saudi Arabia as required to align with business needs and on-ground operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Brand or Product Manager in renowned FMCG companies like Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Henkel, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proficient in strategic marketing, market research, and product development processes.
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel internationally as needed.
