Job Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, and social media advertising.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine ranking and increase website visibility.
  • Create engaging content for website, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement digital marketing initiatives aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend new strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and follower growth.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and provide insights for future campaigns.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's online presence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
