Job Description

- Assess the brand communication mix for ATL/BTL promotional activities in line with product strategy.

- To work closely with the Agency on the copy/ content and creative for advertisement and promotional campaigns.
- To monitor sales data and plan/ modify branding initiatives to drive the achievement of sales targets.
- To provide inputs to Vendors on the development of communication material.
- Manage the team effectively by coaching, mentoring, and providing periodic feedback and exposure to enhance learning through Internal & External Interactions.
Job Requirements
- Min 15 years of experience (Construction ) is highly preferred.
- Proven working experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- Brilliant understanding of Digital and social media (media buying)
- Experience in planning and managing events and activations is a must.
