Job Description
- Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights

- Establishes performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.

- Aligns the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
- Manage and develop the agency relationships.

- To coordinate with the market research team to understand consumer insights and using the same to focus on the brand-building activities.

- To regularly visit the market to understand changes in the market, competitive moves, experience consumer interactions and identify opportunities.
- To evaluate the brand communication mix for ATL/BTL promotional activities in line with product strategy.
- To effectively track all executions of plans and ensure that they are carried out as per brand expectations and confirm to set deadlines.
- To work closely with the Agency on the copy/ content and creative for advertisement and promotional campaigns.
- To monitor sales data and plan/ modify branding initiatives so as to drive achievement of sales targets.
- To provide inputs to Vendors on the development of communication material.
- Manage the team effectively by coaching, mentoring, provide periodic feedback and exposure to enhance learning Internal & External Interactions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years as experience in the same position in a well known Advertising agency is highly preferred.
- Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Brilliant understanding to Digital and social media (media buying)
- Experience in planning and managing events and activations is must.
