Job Description
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for a skilled Social Media Moderator to join our team. As a Social Media Moderator, you will play a crucial role in managing our online presence across various social media platforms. - Content Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar aligned with company objectives and audience interests.
- Creative Post Creation: Craft engaging and innovative social media posts that resonate with our target audience while maintaining brand consistency.
- Posting and Page Moderation: Regularly schedule and publish content across all social media channels.
- Monitor comments, messages, and user-generated content, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Customer Message Response: Actively engage with our audience by promptly responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, fostering positive interactions and building brand loyalty.
- Page Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track metrics, and analyze social media insights to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Generate reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Experience in Media Buying and Advertisement Campaigns: Utilize expertise in media buying and advertising to strategize, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms, maximizing reach and engagement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English) is a must, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with media buying processes and advertising campaign management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
- 3-5 Years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in Home interior/ Furniture Market is a plus.
