We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Senior Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing social media campaigns, content creation, and community management for various brands. The Senior Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our business goals, drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and improve overall online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives.
2. Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
3. Create and curate engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience, adheres to brand guidelines, and drives engagement.
4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and make recommendations for implementation.
7. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other key stakeholders to expand the company's online reach.
9. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media in a timely and professional manner.
10. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on social media performance and impact on business goals.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and community management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools
