Job Description
- Responsible for Target delivery and KPIs determination and review as set by the Sales Director
- Work closely with Regional Manager and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Ensure continuous sales growth
- Manage and retain existing and new corporate and government clients
- Maintain effective real time market Intelligence and competition analysis
- Manage and revamp sales products to meet market needs
- Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum
- exposure and increase revenue
- Ensure new accounts acquisition (target to be set) and answer to sales lead and tenders.
- Drive implementation of innovative partnerships and promotional plans in line with
- Marketing and Sales strategies and plans.
- Forecast acquisition and liaise with relevant areas to ensure availability of stock and promotional materials.
- Develop corporate sales promotional initiatives
- Effective and regular coordination with all the relevant departments.
- Manage special projects under the direction of the Director of Sales or CCO.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 Years relevant sales management experience
