Job Description

  • Build and lead the customer service team. Experience in recruitment and building operations is key.
  • You and your team will be at the heart of our business and manage our customers' queries via various channels including live support, emails, social media and multiple different platforms.
  • Work within a fun environment whilst answering customer questions and maintaining an appropriate tone within the chat room for all players to enjoy, ensuring conversation flows in a lively atmosphere and ensuring all customers feel at home and welcome.

Job Requirements

  • You will be reporting directly to the Chief of Marketing in Sweden.
  • Lead Customer Service/Support with excellent customer service experience, verbal communication, and customer support skills is highly sought by FunRock.

  • Bachelor Degree (Language sections’ graduates are preferable).
  • MBA holders are preferred
  • Proven experience working in a customer service supervisory role with an approach of being solution focused through to effective troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability and demonstrated role model to manage and mentor staff.
  • Knowledge and experience working in the gaming industry combined with having a strong commercial awareness of FunRock and competitors would be advantageous.
  • Capable to handle customer complaints and resolve them.
  • High ability to establish trust with customers.
  • Ability to prioritize the workload and work under pressure.
  • Computer literacy ideally proficient using CRM logging and tracking systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and approach.
  • Have a professional and personable demeanor.
  • Flexible team-player and supportive to them at all times.
  • Fluent English language
  • Awareness about Gulf Region and its cultural aspects would be advantageous.
