Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s growing workforce needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that reflects our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
Develop and post job descriptions on multiple channels (job boards, social media, company website).
Source candidates using databases, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring steps with line managers.
2. Talent Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Develop relationships with universities, training centers, and recruitment agencies.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Promote the company as an employer of choice through engaging recruitment campaigns.
Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
4. Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment records in the HR system.
Prepare regular reports on hiring status, time-to-fill, and recruitment metrics.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within supply chain.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and labor market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
