Job Description
- Create and present reports detailing performance metrics and client deliverables complete with insights, key recommendations and action plans.
- Manage processes for content creation, media buying & paid campaigns, influencer marketing and e-commerce marketing through the internal team of copywriters, art directors, graphic designers and digital marketing specialists.
- Manage client deliverables technically and financially, define priorities and manage client expectations.
- Brief agency team on client requirements and deliverables and debrief client on their requirements.
- Maintain an acceptable client satisfaction score.
- Upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing and potential clients.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or Mass Communication.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience with Saudi clients is a plus.
- Very Good up to Excellent in English
