Job Description
- Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities that include planning and assigning tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring results and quality, providing training and relaying team's request to hierarchy
- Utilize and implement creative recruitment solutions (headhunting, open days, job fairs, e-recruitment tools, media and other) in order to till vacancies with qualified candidates in a timely manner
- Liaise and coordinate with senior leadership and managers in order to ensure full understanding of their needs and objectives for recruiting senior level candidates
- Ensure recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, procedures and other regulatory requirements
- Assist in developing strategic placement plans by relocating employees to new departments, reshuffling the manpower in case of restructuring and other
- Ensure all relevant data collection, reporting and internal systems are being effectively utilized and updated by the team on a regular basis
- Assist in recruiting, motivating and evaluating team members in order to ensure availability of required skills and appropriate attitude for the achievement of set objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
- Fluency in English
