Job Description
- Support quarterly performance appraisals, probationary evaluations, and feedback to help employees meet and exceed business expectations.
- Developing and revising job descriptions by conducting job analysis to clearly define the key job responsibilities required from an employee
- Delivering effective induction programs to familiarize employees with the company's culture, benefits, and policies
- Collect training and development needs and creating the TNA through interviews with employees, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with unit managers
- Implementing, analyzing, reporting, of employee satisfaction survey results
- Review & Update company policies and procedures to have an internal control system
- Update organizational charts and head count reports on a monthly basis
- Support in developing HR documents, including evaluation forms and experience letters
- Implement the training and development annual plan
- Supporting and collaborating on the development of specific initiatives to drive employee engagement, organizational change, and organizational effectiveness programs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Postgraduate studies or relevant Certificate in OD is highly preferred.
- Solid experience in OD, Talent Acquisition & Personnel is a Must
- advanced User of MS Office
- English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading and writing).
- Arabic: Native command of (Speaking, reading and writing
- Min 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist and 3 years of specific experience in the organizational development field
- Have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding.
- Up to date with all Egyptian labor law updates.
