  • Upon joining, you'll begin by working in operations and customer success, offering front line support to customers, assisting our Stars, tracking the on-going deliveries, and grow the customer base.
  • Throughout your career in operations, you'll receive continued training and find yourself playing an increasing role in customer engagements in line with your learning.
Job Requirements
  • We are currently seeking to recruit graduates (with 0-2 years’ work experience)
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
  • A natural communicator
  • English language fluency is a benefit
  • Strong reading and writing skills
  • Skills with use of Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word and Excel
  • Exhibits the ability to multi-task, a strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers and effective organizational skills
