Job Description
- Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager
- Solid sales experience in B2B environment
- Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
Job Requirements
Achieve assigned export sales targets (volume and value). |
Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets (volume and value) for each customer and market. |
Participate in international exhibitions and trade shows to enhance market exposure and acquire new clients. |
Collaborate with the Area manager and International Business Development Manager to develop and execute monthly sales action plans by market and product. |
Conduct periodic market visits to gather insights and report findings to the Export Area Manager. |
Monitor competitor activities and collect market intelligence to support strategic decisions. |
Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Logistics, Finance) to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction |
Liaise with the Planning & Production team to align customer orders with production schedules and capacity. |
Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular meetings (in-person, virtual, and email). |
Follow up payment collections in coordination with the Customer Service team before shipment. |
Work closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure smooth execution of order handling, documentation, and shipment processes. |
Align with the strategic sales direction set by the International Business Development Manager. |
Prepare regular sales reports and customer feedback summaries for internal review. |
