Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Leader. The ideal candidate should excel in building brand awareness, developing impactful strategies for social media growth, and executing off-plan marketing campaigns. You will lead a dynamic team and play a key role in elevating the company's brand presence in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns in line with company goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand awareness strategies that drive growth and visibility on social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute off-plan marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure the marketing strategies support the company's sales targets and client acquisition goals.
  • Oversee social media content creation, ensuring it aligns with the brand and engages the target audience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Set and monitor KPIs to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies and media outlets.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing techniques and tools, ensuring the team stays ahead of trends in digital marketing and real estate advertising.

 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a real estate brokerage or related industry.
  • Real Estate Expertise: Hands-on experience with off-plan marketing and a solid understanding of real estate sales cycles.
  • Brand Awareness & Social Media Savvy: Exceptional skills in creating brand awareness campaigns, with a focus on social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple projects, and achieve targets under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media management platforms.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and innovate marketing solutions that position the company as a market leader.
