Job Description

We are looking for an operation manager who is passionate about Tourism Hospitality and Travel Services and you will provide tourism-related services.

  • Plan, coordinate, follow up, and control the daily operational activities and ensure the completion of all the activities as planned with high Performance.
  • Full arrangement of the Tour File Day by day which will be including (Police reports – Permissions – site tickets – flight tickets – Rooming list for each hotel base – Cruises list).
  • Find out the Financial Trusteeship that will be received by the Tour Manager - Revise and follow up on all these reservations and each point with each department related to the tour and excursion.
  • Arranging the seasonal TOURS’ MAP.
  • Arranging the seasonal TOURS’ Guide plan.
  • Following up closely and deeply on Guest & Staff requests
  • Control and follow up on suppliers’ performances to ensure that they are efficiently and effectively providing needed services. 
  • Plan for each itinerary before each tour - Preparation for the presentation of the info meeting (Tour Guide – Tour Leader) 
  • Establish a meeting with the Tour Manager and valuable staff before the tours begin to ensure all things are revised and cleared at all times. 
  • Operations Manager duties include training employees and briefly meeting with tour operators in regards to each tour file in specific skill sets and procedures, and monitoring existing workers, so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate.
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of services meets or exceeds customer expectations and is delivered. 
  • Liaise and reconfirm with the Transportation department head about fleet timing schedules regarding the tours to cover- up the file’s tour operator within the team.
