Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee the production process, ensuring that production targets are met

Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- 7 plus years of supervisory/management experience in dairy processing/manufacturing operations with solid progressive leadership experience.
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills, leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
