Job Description
- Develop and implement food operation strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of food production and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
- Monitor and analyze food sales, inventory levels, and pricing to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and products.
- Manage and train staff on food preparation techniques, standards, and customer service.

- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotels, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of food operations, production, and quality standards.
- Proven experience in a restaurant and fast food
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
