Job Description
- Exploring new export business opportunities & channels for our targeted products.
- Finding new clients all over the world
- Negotiating contracts' conditions and prices with clients abroad.
- Preparing action plan to achieve the required export sales targets.
- Preparing market analysis for new export markets, analyzing all competitor activities.
- Monitor change in the international market situation, exports legislative requirements & recommend or implement actions to meet changing circumstances as required.
- Resolve product or service problem, distribution and customer complaints.
- Negotiating with shipping lines to get the best rate for all destinations according to the service and transit time.
- Prepare all shipping documents and cover letters for export shipments with in the lead time according to the nature of the shipments as well as arranging the required legalization from all official government ministries and offices (inland transport of sea freight shipment).
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Following up with the customers to ensure the satisfying delivery of goods, in terms of quality
- Preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports regarding the export activities
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor degree.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good in M.S. Office.
- Very good in internet navigation and research.
- Very good negotiation skills.
- Highly communication skills
- Full knowledge of commercial international laws and regulations and special commercial terminology by exporting
