Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies according to the objectives of the company.
- Managing and developing the major accounts of the company in export markets and provide overall servicing of export customers.
- Opening new foreign markets.
- Developing the company’s sales internationally by participating in the international fairs and managing all promotional activities internationally.
- Manage and negotiate terms of contracts with international importers/distributors in export markets
- Managing all logistics activities according to the customers’ needs and to keep pricing structure at the most competitive level.
- Recommend appropriate policies regarding pricing, promotion, product and market evaluations and marketing plans.
- Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
- Managing and training export coordination personnel.
Job Requirements
- Experience in exportation of Frozen Fruits & Vegetables is essential.
- Experience in Agricultural and Food is a must
- At least 10 years of experience in export field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Teamwork and motivational skills.
- Experience in Business Planning, Export, and Sales
- Strong background in International Sales and International Business
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Flexible able to travel outside Egypt.
- Very Good to Fluent in English language is required.
- Bachelor' Degree in business/management/Marketing / Logistics or any related filed of study.
