Job Description
- Planning and coordinating daily export operations to ensure their effective and timely execution.
- Monitoring and overseeing all stages of the export process, including preparing necessary documents, permits, and shipments.
- Dealing with government entities and international institutions involved in exports to ensure access to all available facilitations and privileges.
- Preparing reports necessary for evaluating the performance of export operations, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and taking corrective actions.
- Developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of export operations and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Negotiating with international clients and specifying terms and conditions related to export contracts.
- Providing technical support and advice to employees in the company regarding export requirements and relevant international laws.
- Monitoring global market developments and providing reports and recommendations to management regarding potential opportunities and challenges in the export field.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export or international shipping, including experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of international regulations and laws related to export and shipping.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and solve problems.
- Ability to work in a multicultural international work environment.
- Leadership and motivation skills to achieve goals and develop the team.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage time.
