Job Description

As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations within our organization. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our import/export business and sports apparel manufacturing. 

  • Here are the key responsibilities: 
  • 1. Financial Analysis and Reporting: o Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management. o Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic adjustments. 

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: 

  • o Develop annual budgets, track variances, and collaborate with department heads. 
  • o Forecast financial outcomes based on market conditions and business goals.

 3. Cash Flow Management: o Ensure optimal cash flow by monitoring receivables, payables, and working capital. 

  • o Implement effective cash management strategies to support business growth. 

4. Cost Control and Efficiency: 

  • o Evaluate cost structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost control measures. 
  • o Work closely with production teams to optimize expenses related to sports apparel manufacturing. 

5. Financial Compliance: 

  • o Stay updated on local financial regulations and ensure compliance. 
  • o Coordinate with external auditors and manage financial audits. 

6. Risk Management: 

  • o Assess financial risks associated with import/export activities. 
  • o Mitigate risks related to currency fluctuations, trade agreements, and supply chain disruptions. 

7. Financial Strategy and Decision-Making: 

  • o Collaborate with the executive team to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives. 
  • o Provide financial insights for informed decision-making. 

8. Team Leadership and Development: o Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence. 

  • o Develop talent within the department and promote professional growth.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
  •  Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in import/export or manufacturing. 
  •  Proficiency in financial software and tools. 
  •  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  •  Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
