• Collect, clean, and analyze commercial performance data.
• Analyze large sets of data and generate insights to support decision-making.
• Develop insights from customer behavior, sales trends, and marketing campaigns.
• Create dashboards and present performance reports.
• Support decision-making through forecasting and opportunity sizing
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions across departments.
• provide support for business needs by running custom reports.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer by presenting analysis results and deliverables to
project teams
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of in-house tools and
platforms
• Provide regular updates on task status and job estimates to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with project methodologies and software development
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer
Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or data analysis
role.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Experience in the education technology sector is a plus.
