Job Description
- Collect, clean, and analyze commercial performance data.
- Analyze large sets of data and generate insights to support decision-making.
- Develop insights from customer behavior, sales trends, and marketing campaigns.
- Create dashboards and present performance reports.
- Support decision-making through forecasting and opportunity sizing
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions across departments.
- Provide support for business needs by running custom reports.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer by presenting analysis results and deliverables to
project teams - Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of in-house tools and
platforms - Provide regular updates on task status and job estimates to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies and software development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or data analysis
role. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Experience in the education technology sector is a plus.
