Job Description

• Receive the PI, then revise all the details of PI such as (payment term , consignee , date, shipper Name , incoterm,……) then check with the procurement the method of shipment and the commodity to know if the goods need ILAC or not .
• Filling the invoices.
• Follow up Delivery Date of every shipment.
• Asking about the estimate packing list before the Delivery Date to get rates from shipping companies.
• Create ACID for shipments and follow up till issued.
• Get best rates from the shipping companies.
• Revise all the original docs as per requested shipment.
• Make the form 4 and follow it till received.
• Follow up with the broker team to know the current status of every shipment.
• Handle all the shipments for KSA branch (The Middle East Company for lighting systems and trade) starting from the freight till received at our warehouse.
• Dealing with Saber and Fasah issues regarding KSA shipments.
• Check with procurement that commodity to know if the goods need ILAC or not).
• Knowledge about all Nafeza issues.
• Follow with the broker team to know the status of the customs clearance.

Job Requirements

Work experience min 2 years as a Logistics Administrator, logistics field or similar role.
Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills.
BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field.
