Job Description
- Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements;
- Issue and revise import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, certificates of origin, packing list, Commercial invoices, etc.
- Timely preparation of export documentation and Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments with customers and suppliers;
- Verification of all freight invoices
- Maintenance of import and export shipping records
- Assisting with the re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and
- Performance evaluation and taking corrective action relevant to freight forwarders
- Responsible in checking both quantity and quality of consumer good before during and after moving the products.
- Maintain an appropriate logistic database for all import and export shipments.
Job Requirements
- experience from 1 to 5 years
- Bachelor Degree : Preferable logistic degree
- Experience Background :Logistics
- Years of Experience :4-6 years
- Computer Skills : Good in Microsoft Office
- Language Proficiency : Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
