Job Description
- Negotiate to get the best prices for Ocean freight, trucking, Customs, carrier services, and insurance.
- Deal with shipping lines, customs Brokers, and truckers.
- Manage all booking procedures (Import & Export).
- Handle all processes related to Export and Import shipments.
- Book vessels, and prepare the shipping documents.
- Organize and prepare the subsidization process.
- Monitor cash transactions on a daily basis.
- Update the status of all shipments and follow up on their delivery.
- Coordinate the production plan with the loading plan.
- Settle the temporary admission.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics, shipping documentation, or a related role.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
