Job Description
Operational Oversight:
- Manage and coordinate hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily functioning.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare management or administration, with a strong background in leadership roles.
- Experience in managing large teams and healthcare operations.
- Experience working in a hospital or other healthcare facility is often essential, with a deep understanding of the healthcare environment and regulatory requirements.
- Strong background in managing budgets, financial reporting, and cost-control measures.
- Experience in revenue cycle management, hospital billing, and reimbursement processes.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
- Experience working in a hospital or other healthcare facility is often essential, with a deep understanding of the healthcare environment and regulatory requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, CQC).
- Experience in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
