Job Description
- Forming and maintaining employee records.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, employment contracts and recruitment guides.
- Communicating with external partners.
- Management of development and changing in the institution.
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
- Evaluating the performance of employees with the aim of motivating them and encouraging them to develop and improve performance.
- Selection and appointment of new employees based on the required criteria and the extent of matching qualifications.
- Responsible for staffing the company, conducting interviews and taking an interest in overseeing employee relations, organizing, planning and directing jobs and administrative services in the company.
- Reviewing Daily Attendance/Arrival & Depuration Records, preparing and issuing monthly payroll statements after applying penalties and deduction from salaries and calculating vacation balance.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
- Computer Skiles (MS Office applications, in particular).
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
