Job Description

  • Forming and maintaining employee records.
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, employment contracts and recruitment guides.
  • Communicating with external partners.
  • Management of development and changing in the institution.
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
  • Evaluating the performance of employees with the aim of motivating them and encouraging them to develop and improve performance.
  • Selection and appointment of new employees based on the required criteria and the extent of matching qualifications.
  • Responsible for staffing the company, conducting interviews and taking an interest in overseeing employee relations, organizing, planning and directing jobs and administrative services in the company.
  • Reviewing Daily Attendance/Arrival & Depuration Records, preparing and issuing monthly payroll statements after applying penalties and deduction from salaries and calculating vacation balance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
  • Computer Skiles (MS Office applications, in particular).
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
