Job Description
- Achieve assigned sales objectives and prescription targets for core products by Individual territory and region.
- Develop regional action plan to optimise field force performance aligned with Overall Company plan.
- Monitor and control District / regional, sales and expense budgets.
- Manage F.F productivity according to SFE Plan: days in field, average number calls/representative/day, targeting and frequency.
- Ensure regular updating of customer’s lists and the required information.
- Enhance customer service and establish good relationship with key customers and opinion leaders.
- Coach, motivate and develop the field force to continually improve performance.
- Analysis of territorial sales and market information and implementation of Corrective measures whenever needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: University degree in Veterinary, Pharmacy, Medical or Dentist
- Desirable education: Management / MKT courses
- Languages: English
- Ideal experience: Pharma Medical Representative + 3 years Experience in Marketing, Sales, and similar position in another National/Multi-national Company.
