Managing and leading all leasing management programs and activities in order to maximize rental.
Increasing profitability with the most desirable and productive tenant through long-term & short term leasing, specialty, kiosk, and seasonal tenants.
Generate new leasing leads and negotiate qualified deals from inception to final execution.
Achieve specialty leasing income goals which established by Management.
Negotiate the leasing contracts (terms and conditions).
Tenants Management administratively & documentary.
Study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall.
Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation.
Collaborate with other departments for improving tenants' performance as well as tenancy and leasing operations in order to achieve target and planned occupancy levels and tenant satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, existing tenants.

Minimum 7 years of experience in leasing preferably in shopping centers, whilst experience and knowledge in specialty leasing would be a definite advantage for the position.
