Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic PR plans to raise the agency's profile and that of its clients.
- Manage media outreach, including pitching stories, arranging interviews, and responding to media inquiries.
- Plan and coordinate press events, press conferences, and other public-facing activities.
- Write and distribute press releases, bylined articles, and other PR content.
- Maintain and update the agency's online newsroom, social media channels, and other digital PR assets.
- Collaborate with the agency's marketing and creative teams to ensure PR efforts are integrated.
- Track and report on PR metrics and campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR and communications.
- Measure and report on the success of PR initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in an advertising or creative agency setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong media relations and networking skills
- Experience with social media, digital PR, and content creation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field
