- Assist Export Area Managers in market research and analysis to identify potential new markets and opportunities.
- Aid in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and documentation for international clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of export processes, including logistics, finance, and legal compliance.
- Communicate effectively with international clients, addressing inquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
- Monitor shipment schedules and assist in resolving any shipping-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and contribute to the overall improvement of operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Graduated from any faculty, with a specialization in English studies.
- Proficiency in English is a must
