Job Description
- Lead and manage the architectural BIM team across various projects.
- Develop and oversee BIM execution plans and modeling standards.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Revit models and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and consultants to deliver projects effectively.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior BIM team members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on BIM.
- Proficiency in BIM and Revit is a must.
- Experience in construction projects is essential.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
