Location: Head Office - Heliopolis, Cairo

Number of working hours : 8 hours

Working hours: 9:00 to 5:00Days Off: Friday is a fixed weekly day off. In addition, each team member gets two Saturdays off per month on a rotating basis.

Job Objective: Managing and organizing all technical work related to architectural projects within the company’s technical office, providing technical support, supervising the implementation of architectural designs, and ensuring their application in accordance with the specifications and standards approved in engineering projects.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

Leading the architectural technical office team and monitoring the progress of work.

Preparing and reviewing shop drawings and details.

Preparing sections, perspectives, and as-built drawings.

Inventory work and preparing extracts for the contractor and owner.

Studying and analyzing prices and preparing technical and financial bids (tender and pricing).

Managing and archiving project documents accurately and organizedly.

Coordinating with consultants and external parties to obtain the required approvals.

Preparing technical reports and reviewing specifications.
